This is my present project for the ADO 4 elements challange.

My idea when I began was to show how fire destroys, purifies and ash allows new growth , rebirth and is the primary element of change.

The intagliated scarring that parenthesizes the lower half of her face manages to emphasize the beauty of that face's contours, as well as the traces of the fire that danced as it consumed...
The regality suggested by her headpiece is well matched by her bearing, by the heat of her baleful gaze, and the accumulated sense of her full and dangerously combustible attention.
