Fullfilling a request for more pics of Moth 7" fairy sculpted back in 2007 Sold
I just want to say: If I hadn't already been looking through your gallery, and had just come across this with no preamble, it would have taken me a minute or so (or at least until I bothered to look down at the info) to realize it was a sculpture and not a photograph of a model.
this is one of my favorites from your gallery. very cool!
I just love this little girl. She is so unique!
My brain's too tired to find the words...and "lovely" is just completely inadequate.
very lovely, I especially like the wings, all the colors and other tonal variations... fantastic work
Thanks. Some of those tonal variations come from a tinted yellow window. It contrasts well with her blue grey hair.
She is awesome!
such wonderful work
I love the wing detail and the body is spot on!!Great work!!,love your work!!
wow absolutely stunning!
I can see this is one of your older works! It is a beautiful piece. Very natural sculpting and all accessories are just right.
Yes I dont do so many fairies anymore. I have less patience for tiny hands and feet.
Your new works seem to be a bit less fragile. A tittle bit chunky even...I like that
I agree. The chilren of course arent as delicate and Ive increased the size of my work. I never was much of a miniatureist. Im happier with my work now.
I can see that! I especially love your busts. Have you tried making a bigger full sculpt? You could bake it in pieces and than glue the parts together with Apoxie.
When I was a newbie I did a few full sculpts 16" adults. I had some problems with them because I didnt know how to armature well. I have considered working in peices ,but havent yet. I should probably plan an armature for it.
Beautiful! Glad you posted her
She is so thoughtful. I love it!
Abundantly magical; exquisitely beautiful...
Thanks. This is quite old.I feel in an entirely differnt place now.
