You're very welcome! ^_^
And I understand what you mean about Nimue. She IS often referred to as fey, and sometimes as a normal human who became a sorcerous. However, she is also often portrayed as the same person as the "Lady of the Lake", who is (usually) a naiad (a water nymph or spirit bound to a body of water). So since that's the side I personally see her as, I included her in the water nymph feature. I'm so sorry if that seems confusing, I didn't mean it in any way to be against your artistic vision of her!

I dont mind and I dont think Nimue will tell if shes lady of the lake or not:)
It is confusing when the names are switched around and the story changes too. Morgan LeFey and Vivianne or Nimue. I think all of the Avalon women were fey. Melusine is said to have turned into a dragon and flew back to Avalon with her daughters.

I have a piece "Avalon priestess. She kneals on marshy land. One called Undine as she changes back to water and a few yrs ago I made Rusulka. I like the theme of water women.

N,
Yeah!, your Mists of Avalon one! Do I see some silk dupioni on her? *wink*. The book is really well done, can't really see it very well in this pic though, but you can tell. The other detailing, like the belt is really cool & her face is very natural, real. Very well done! Very Medieval.....I likey very, very much!

I'm stunned.
Stunned.

I don't know how to manage to do it, but there is such a delicacy to your pieces.
I love everything about this. Everything.
